We will take care of all the filter and membrane changes for you if you wish, and will also check the AS-X for performance and functionality. In addition, the system will be disinfected and provided with a further 12 months warranty before the AS-X is returned to you in its new shipping carton. No. The prefilters can be easily unscrewed from the prefilter heads and replaced. You will also find detailed instructions for this in the AS-X manual. Changing the membranes or the additional filter requires some manual skill, but can be done by yourself. However, if you do not want to do this work, you can also book the AS-X maintenance package.

Every 6 months, as well as the two pre-filters. The membranes are changed every 24 months.

Regular disinfection is recommended every 3-6 months to prevent the formation of germs in the entire filter system of the direct flow system. If, for example, the AS-X is to be used again after a longer vacation, germs and bacteria may have formed during this time via the stagnation water. With the disinfection, these are effectively eliminated in the entire system, so that you can access the usual water quality again.
